Friday 23rd December - Normally I would cringe at talking about weight online, and not quite sure why I am now.........however, long time goal was achieved this morning! After the heathrow injection I received all those years ago living in the UK, ive finally turned it all around :) As Christmas Holidays start in 3.5 hours, I dont think its an image i'll be seeing again for a while so wanted to treasure it while I can - rum balls anyone?!

15. Keep a plant alive
Here we have a tough one! I've been the owner of many a plant, unfortunately non of these have lasted very long, oops! So it's time to try and fix this, and get my not so green thumb in touch with nature, once and for all.............
As mentioned in an earlier entry, we had Secret Santa in our office last week. After all my ramblings at work about my '30 Things' list and blog, someone must of paid attention (or got sick of listening to me go on about it) because this has what I got!
Thanks Santa Gordo!!
Everyone, I would like you to meet Viola!
For those of you out there that are a natural at this, or just genuine wildlife warriors (that one's for you Nelly!), any help or advice on not killing this little one would be greatly appreciated! It's a Angelonia, but of course you already knew that!!
Again, wish me luck xx

No. 2 - Be able to touch my toes
Easy for some, not for me! The first time I realised i 'lacked' in the flexibility department compared to most was when I took part in one of those fitness assessments at a gym a few years back - I soon realised they were suppose to measure how far over your toes you could reach, not how far from!!
So a life long goal, at least for a few years, has been to touch those little toes of mine with no leg bending! Now, how does one go about achieving this one?!! Open to suggestions, but I decided to start with Yoga and some serious stretching!
I am now one Yoga class down, and when the instructor called for the 'Pada Hastasana' pose, things got awkward!
* (Pada Hastasana): A standing pose. Stand straight with your feet together. Stretch your arms above your head. Bend forward until your face touches your legs and your hands can touch your toes.
I thought it was best to add some photos of exactly how much work I have in front of me, and so that progress can be tracked (this is mainly in case I have set myself up to fail!) - I promise I am really trying in these pics and hurting a little - oh dear!

Saturday 10th December - I actually was sent this photo on Saturday morning, and whilst I didn't actually take it, felt it 100% still needed to be a party of my 'photo a day' challenge. Awww Parby xx

The List
Last week I had a milestone birthday - I turned 29 and a half! A milestone indeedy, because it meant the countdown was on, only 6 months to go until the big 3-0! Only 182 more sleeps till dooms day, the end of my 20's...........which got me to thinking - is there anything I wish I had done before the big day..........and with that thought (and my love of a good list), I knew it was time to put together the ultimate '20's Bucket List'.
I called on my friends through the wonderful world of Facebook, to hit me with ideas and suggestions for the list with 2 main rules / restrictions - one, it had to be cost effective as I'm currently in a mad savings frenzy for a Euro Trip next year, and two, I'm quite the wuss, so anything too wild and crazy was just never going to make the cut!
So after much thought, here we have it, the 'official' list! And as per number 11, we also have the blog!
