Thursday 17th May - I honestly have the greatest friends in the world! Today my fabulous friend made this for me and I love it SO SO much! 30FEST has officially begun with the '12 Days of Birthday' countdown! Thanks so much Hillers!!!!

Monday 14th May - Have been searching for MY perfect pair of boots for over a year. They have been found and I'm in LOVE!

Sunday 13th May - HAPPY MOTHERS DAY! I was lucky enough to have my mum come visit me for the weekend so I took her to Gold Class to celebrate Mothers Day. Just so everyone knows, the competition has been won - I officially have the best mum in the world and if I turn into half of how fabulous she is, I'll be one lucky lady xx

1. Learn some French

C'est quelque chose que je voulais faire depuis des années! Par conséquent, il allait toujours être le numéro un sur la liste.

Le plan était de travailler sur ce pendant 6 mois, en jouant 'apprendre le français de base »CD dans ma voiture, etc Cependant ma voiture avait des idées différentes et le lecteur CD a décidé de mourir droite lorsque le défi a commencé, et n'a pas encore été fixée.

Défi? Défi accepté!

Ainsi, au lieu de laisser cette tâche me battre, j'ai décidé de sortir des sentiers battus - la tâche nécessaire l'apprentissage «certains» français, et non pas toute la langue. Au lieu d'ajouter une grande quantité de pression sur moi-même (qui est quelque chose que je suis très bon à), j'ai décidé de garder les choses simples. Si je pouvais apprendre suffisamment le français pour pouvoir entrer dans mon hôtel le mois prochain, et à compter de une à dix, il serait terminé!

Il n'y a pas de véritable moyen de prouver cette opération terminée afin que vous allez juste devoir me faire confiance! Mais voici ce que je peux dire -

26. Have a true ‘old Hollywood style’ romantic date

WOW! So much to say but I just don't know if words can explain how awesome my 'old Hollywood style' date was, and how amazing my friends are that set it all up!

Everything was perfect about this night, including the fact that it took place on mine and Mule's 3 year anniversary!

My friend 'Nelly' originally came up with the idea for the Hollywood date being added to the list, and was the mastermind behind it all. The plan was for Mule and I to show up at his (and his fabulous fiance Moose's) place, and then he would organise something romantic for us - yep, I have AMAZING friends!

We got their about 10 minutes late due to a slight wardrobe meltdown but on arrival were told that it all worked out because he was running behind. Nelly said that he quickly wanted to show us a new addition to their garden (he is a wildlife warrior) and then we would head out. We headed out to the backyard and SURPRISE!!!!! There was Moose with a glass of champagne each, music playing and an outdoor restaurant all set up for us - ROMANCE PLUS!

They had thought of everything:

Whistles to call if we needed anything -

Even blankets for if it got cold!

And then there was the food! Oh the DELICIOUS food!!

After dinner our lovely 'hosts' had one final surprise! A chauffeured drive down to the water for a nice romantic walk! There was even a divider put up in the car between us and the 'drivers' (who were extremely professional)!!



This was honestly one of the best things I have ever had arranged for me - so thoughtful! I was completely overwhelmed - still am! I felt like a true Hollywood celebrity - completely looked after! A huge huge thank you to our friends Nelly and Moose for arranging such a fabulous evening, you have no idea how much it meant to us!! Here they are in action:

Wednesday 2nd May - Delicious food just flocks to my work place! Today's freshly baked delights took up home about a metre behind my desk. Temptation plus!
